IN SEASON (Memorial Day-Labor Day): $2560/week or $385/night, 5 night minimum
OFF SEASON (Labor Day-Memorial Day): $1500/week or $235/night, 2 night minimum

Plus $300 (returnable) security deposit.

PAYMENT: 50% is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining 50% is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival date. No reservations are confirmed until deposit and signed rental agreement are received.
